YOUTH LEADERSHIP:
Once you obtain the rank of 1st class, you are considered an expert scout. You will have learned and shown you can successfully do all things needed to camp on your own. Now you will begin to show your leadership skills through positions of responsibility. Positions are voted on by your peers. There are 18 positions available for you to show your leadership in. Once elected you must fulfill your oath of office to advance to the next rank.
